Sirija, widely known as Siri, stands out as a renowned multilingual television actress hailing from Bangalore, Karnataka. Her journey into the world of acting commenced during her 9th grade when she was offered the lead role in the Kannada TV series, "Ambika." Despite her commitment to academics, Siri chose to take on a supporting role due to scheduling constraints. Following her stint in "Ambika," she ventured into the Telugu film industry with "Ninnu Choodalani" in 2001, produced by Ramoji Rao and directed by VR Prathap. Siri shared the screen with "N T Rama Rao Jr" and Raveena Rajput. However, she revealed in an interview that a miscommunication led her to portray the sister's role instead of the intended lead in the film.

In 2002, Siri gained prominence through her role in the Kannada serial "Rangoli," a remake of the Tamil hit "Kolangal," featuring "Devayani." Televised on Udaya TV, "Rangoli" became a significant part of Siri's career while she pursued her PUC studies. The same year, she featured in the Kannada films "Dil" and "Simhadriya Simha," working alongside prominent actors like Tiger Prabhakar, Pramila Joshi, "Sundarraj," Vishnuvardhan, and Bhanu Priya.

Continuing her journey in the Kannada film industry, Siri appeared in "Chandu" (2002), directed by Arun Prasad PA, where she played the role of Sonia Agarwal's cousin. In 2003, she took on a small role in "Neenandre Ishta," directed by Mallesh, sharing the screen with Darshan, "Malavika," Harish Raj, Srinath, and "Sumithra."

Siri's versatile career extended to the small screen, where she played the lead role in the Udaya TV series "Sambanda," directed by S Govindu, alongside Veena Sundar, Coffee Giri, and Madhu Kalyan. Her impactful performances continued with lead roles in the ETV Kannada serials "Baduku" (2014) and "Mane Ondu Mooru Bagilu." In 2015, she graced the Udaya TV series "Kogile" and the ETV show "Bande Baratava Kala." Siri's journey in the entertainment industry remains marked by her talent and versatility, leaving a lasting impression on both television and film audiences.
