Indian actress Rajshri Thakur is a well known dusky actress through her role of Saloni in the poplar soap “ Saat Phere- Saloni ka Safar”. This Maharastrian beauty started her career as a reporter on All India Radio and DD channel and then moved to Zee Television for the same post. After participating in many inter-college dramas, she got her break with Marathi Serials “Peltana” and Reshmi Gaathi”. At the same time she acted in a Indo-French film titled “ Hawa Aane Do” which earned he a lot of recognition at the Asian Film festival. Actress Rajshri Thakur is now married to Sanjyot Vaidya, who is an actor and works for Marathi Theatre. It was during the making of the telefilm “Tuzha Tu Vadva Raja” that love blossomed in between Vaidya and Rajshri. Actress Rajshri is the first actress to be selected as a representative from India to attend Zee Carnival in London. She received best fresh face award of the year in female category in 2006.
